CANCELLATION POLICY
At Georgia Glow Studio, your experience is curated with intention and care. To ensure each client receives the highest level of service, the following policies are in place: ✨ Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your final balance at the time of service. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens — I completely understand. However, to respect the time and preparation involved in each appointment, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. ✨ Reschedule Limit Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second reschedule, the full cost of the appointment must be paid upfront in order to book again. ✨ Final Sales Please note: Refunds are not issued for services that have been completed or for appointments paid in full.
